CAQM said a 14 October inspection in Gurugram found 258 violations involving visible road dust and construction-and-demolition waste. The commission published the account on 15 October.
It also reported damaged footpaths and potholes on inspected stretches. The figures are the regulator’s observations from that inspection, not a count covering every road in the city. Agencies were directed to improve road cleaning and dust-control compliance.
