Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan interacted with farmers at a Kisan Chaupal in Taraori, Karnal, on 22 October, the ministry reported. He called for balanced fertiliser use guided by Soil Health Cards.
The official account also discussed natural farming and crop-residue management. These were the minister’s recommendations at the event; farmers should obtain locally appropriate advice before changing nutrient application or cultivation practices.
