An Uttarakhand delegation coordinated by HNB Garhwal University began its West Bengal visit on 7 October under Yuva Sangam Phase VII, the Education Ministry said on 11 October. IIT Kharagpur hosted the group.
Participants met West Bengal Governor R. N. Ravi on 8 October and explored cultural and educational opportunities. The exchange forms part of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and is intended to strengthen connections among young people from different states.
