Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal began his Netherlands visit on 25 October with engagements focused on trade, investment and maritime logistics. The ministry said he toured the Port of Rotterdam with its chief executive, Boudewijn Siemons.
He also met members of the Indian community in Amsterdam. The official update discussed Rotterdam’s role in connecting Indian exporters with European markets; it did not announce a newly signed trade agreement.
