DRI said it seized 9.139 kg of methamphetamine at Bhopal’s Inter-State Bus Terminal on 20 October and arrested one passenger. The Finance Ministry released the account the following day.
The agency said officers intercepted a Delhi-to-Bengaluru bus and found packets concealed in the passenger’s luggage. It reported action under the NDPS Act. The account reflects the investigating agency’s allegations, and the arrested person is presumed innocent unless convicted.
