The Road Transport Ministry announced a concessional annual pass for eligible non-commercial vehicle owners living within 20 kilometres of a national highway fee plaza. It is due to take effect on 1 November 2026.
The announced fee is ₹1,500 outside municipal or local town areas and ₹3,000 within them. The pass applies to one eligible plaza and has exclusions, including closed toll systems and locations with an alternative road. Check official eligibility before purchasing.
