The Rural Development Ministry began a two-day PMAY-G regional workshop in Lucknow on 27 October. Around 150 officials from nine states are participating, according to the ministry.
Discussions cover housing completion, payment flows, construction quality and proposed reforms such as cluster-based housing and mason training. The workshop is a review and consultation exercise, rather than the announcement of a new application window.
